I was actually very satisfied with this case. I use it for my laptop, iPad, tablet, stands, cables, pens, flashlights and anything else I need to search. The upper is plush, looks high quality and not cheap. Suitable for normal business use. The thin material for pens and small objects is very thin but looks like it will hold up. The handles are great - very thick, meaty and strong. They're probably the best part. In general I like it. It just looks good up close.

The bag was too small even after doing some detective work and measuring what I needed with my husband's laptop. When it arrived I saw that it was a lot smaller than the laptop bag he already had so it wasn't a good start but then I noticed that the lining of the bag was torn. It's not like it fell out from under the seams, it's torn because the lining is damn cheap. This bag didn't impress me at all. Returns processing now.

This is a great bag for the money ($22 at the time of writing). Materials, assembly and design are generally good. Two small exceptions are a cheap shoulder strap and cheap velcro on the handles, but that doesn't really bother.
