🎨 Yueton 14-Piece Plastic Clay Modeling Tool Set for Shaping and Sculpting in White Review

I used them in the kit for my son's birthday party. to dig up fossils. perfect for kids but a bit small for adults to use for everything. Also, the packaging says "tools for cake decorating", not clay.

The tools are simple and useful. Although those of you who work with polymer clay (like a sculptor) absorb clay residue very quickly and heavily used tools require frequent cleaning.

K - they are small - so - not sure if you will actually use these tools for clay sculpting and perhaps the supplier should remove the mention of "clay" - but - for soft materials - like icing - we are in my body - a plastic model, body work - it's great there. If you use these tools to work with padding for Tamiya model plates everything is fine there and it is just the right size to punch small cracks etc.

I use an airbrush to paint models and other small objects. I always mask areas I don't want to paint over. Again and again I come across corners, cutoffs, rounded areas that need to be masked. Driving into corners with heavy compaction can be difficult. I needed a tool that would help me apply masking tape to the columns without spending too much money. These molding tools are the perfect size and price and more than enough for all my needs.

They are very small and cheap but I only use them to get into nooks and crannies when detailing my car like removing wax from small stuck spots and the like. it works great for that. I didn't really need this selection of molds for my purposes and it probably costs about 25 cents in plastic, but I think I'll take what I can. They are small, light and easy to grip/hold, but they are thin due to the real pressure they exert and so the desired effect is sometimes reduced/diverted. The manufacturer's molding edge leaves a small, sharp protrusion at the tips that spoils the design unless you try to carefully trim/smooth it. They don't work on medium to hard clays.
