Very easy to use once you understand that the clip snaps in at the top and doesn't slide down the middle. They seem to be holding the duvet cover securely on the duvet. A great solution for duvet covers without ties inside.

While the idea is great unfortunately these clips won't even hold onto a thin duvet/quilt with a flat sheet. snapped off at night. I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you're thinking of using it for a cot.
