Funny knot - my new review

I received this necklace today and it is beautiful but very small (about the size of an eraser). What really bothers me are the knots on the chain. After about 20 minutes of unraveling, there was a discussion as to whether I would return it or keep it. There is one more knot to untie, and if it doesn't come out, it'll be sent back.
