Life Changer: Athletic

I've been wearing Z-Coils for years. I'm a nurse who has walked many miles on hard ground and at the end of a 12 hour shift I can still go sightseeing with family and friends without tiring my hips, knees, feet or legs.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Compatibility

Didn't help my foot pain at all

I had high hopes that these shoes would relieve my heel pain but they didn't relieve my pain. They are very uncomfortable to enter. I just don't like her. Maybe if I was up and standing in one place all day, they would be fine. But I just can't run a distance in them and they look goofy.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • No instructions

Best shoes/sneakers I've ever owned

I've had Z coil shoes for over 20 years, love them. I am a nurse and am on my feet most of my shift. My feet, legs and back feel much better when wearing Z-Coils. They last for many years, my first pair lasted about 20 years. They can be expensive but my finding and the fact that they last longer than any other shoe makes them a bargain!

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Funny looking but great shoes

These shoes are expensive and funny looking. That being said, if you have foot issues, particularly plantar fasciitis, I think they're great. They were recommended to me by a nurse friend. She swears by them. I had severe healing pains while walking and it got worse when I stopped walking. These shoes cured it. I had to adjust my heels because my legs were vulnerable. But it's easy to do, and I found a helpful YouTube video that shows exactly how to do it.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

They work as advertised.

My back is grateful. Good product. I have a friend who has 15 pairs of Z coils and she let me borrow a pair for a few days to see if they would fit me as I had total knee replacements in both knees and wanted to make sure they fit not work. injured his knees. My problem at the moment is my lower back so I'm buying and I'm very happy to say that in just a few days my back is already at least 50% better and I don't have any knee problems at all. I would highly recommend these shoes and the Z coil

expensive but worth it

I have severe heel and arch pain. I've tried everything except injections and surgery. I also stand 12 hours at work, mostly in one place. At the end of my shift, my legs hurt so much that I can hardly stand, and when I sit down, it hurts tremendously to get up. So I broke down and spent the money on these weird looking shoes. They really work. It's not 100% pain relief, but I would say 99% because my feet still hurt a little by the 11th hour of the shift, but on average my feet are mostly pain

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • too boring
