Pros
- It is very easy to use, even though sometimes quite complex processes require steps that might take ages..which makes me think they should rethink certain aspects such process automation / optimisations perhaps?! Also good support offered through phone contact too although not always immediate response times due possibly because staff overloaded during peak hours maybe..but overall still great customer care experience nonetheless...I also have found other uses throughout work life outside just project management purposes e
