I have never come across a product that can turn even a lightly soiled camera lens into a perfectly clean one. This is no exception. However, they work quite well as one step in a multi-step process. You need a good cleaning cloth, a pair of blowers and a brush in combination to clean the optics perfectly. Blow/clean the lens first. Then swipe with one of them.
