Zep Commercial Rinse Floor Disinfectant Review

this keeps my floors so clean. This is a very strong odor so you may need to dilute it with some water. I love this cleaner! I found a bear!

The smell reminds me of ant repellent. It says that the floor must remain wet for 10 minutes for disinfection. How do you keep the soil wet for 10 minutes?! It also left a rough haze on my floor. It looked dirtier after use than before cleaning. For the price I am very disappointed!

I would like to know that my floors are free of most bacteria and cleaned well. But. I noticed that some people's reviews say the floor gets sticky. I have noticed that my floors have become a bit sticky after several uses. I noticed this especially when the humidity in the house was a bit high. So now I'm alternating between this Zep floor cleaner and vinegar. When I do that, I won't notice much of a sticky (residual) feeling.

I stumbled across these by accident and now I'm in love with them. My whole house is tiled and it cleans great, smells great, leaves no residue, dries well (not sticky) and gives me the confidence to sanitize things now during Covid. Perfect. They dilute it, I don't bother, I just pour a little into a bucket of water and I've had no problem overfilling/underfilling. Seems to be working fine, no residue anyway.
