Nice bottle but the straw is too short

The bottle is fine and works great but the straw they sent was 3 inches shorter so I don't drink a whole bottle of water due to the short straw can. I don't know why they're doing this - it doesn't make sense.

no quality control

Cannot use any of the bottles because there is no quality control. Both the attached straw and the extra straw were 1-1 1/2 inches too short. If you don't mind throwing out most of your drink, or just want to use the container as a glass without a lid, this will likely work. I returned them both. I only gave it one star because it's the lowest possible rating.

Vacuum insulation is short-lived.

Its shape and size are excellent and make it convenient for my daily commute to work. It had enough water to keep me from thirsty until the next refill. When a water bottle is placed horizontally and in a certain position, water will leak out and I've had instances where my bag got wet on the inside as a result. Also, it lost its insulation shortly after purchase, so it kind of lost the vacuum seal between the inner and outer wall. He is again looking for a more reliable quality and brand for…
