The first worked for about a week. Thermal performance was good and it was light. Then he started humming and died. The second did the same about 2 hours later. Now on the third and it stopped heating after about two weeks. I have no intention of buying again.

I liked that it was bubble wrapped on delivery to prevent the bulbs from breaking! (I had bulbs from other places and they arrived broken due to improper packaging). Thank you for packing these bulbs well :) They work great!

Two out of three worked. Difficult to return when only one bulb is broken and you really need two other bulbs. Still a good package for the price. Especially when you have three working lightbulbs. I have ordered many individual lamps from this company and they have generally been quite successful.

I have used this brand of lamps in the past and bought several packs to save some money and have spares. I am very disappointed in the bulbs I received and will not be buying any more bulbs from Revain. The first bulb I put in my heater bulb that I have used before with the same brand and bulb wattage blew out within 5 minutes of turning it on. Good for everyone. People seem to give them a bad rating and I think I know why. Given that we have over a dozen reptiles, we have found through trial and error over time that lightbulbs will burn out/die due to their casing. If you buy a good, high wattage ceramic bulb, your bulbs will last a long time. Also make sure your lamp can handle the wattage of the lamp you are buying. This is a very common mistake!
