Totally tacky. Maybe the product was old, but it was a solid, slimy block in the middle and watery all around. I shook, I stirred, I shook back and forth. Nothing smoothed it out so I smashed it into smaller chunks and rolled it against the wall, smashing and smearing. Not worth the time, effort or frustration. Next time I'll buy Kilz.

Not sure if it's old or has been exposed to hot/cold storage temperatures but it's a waste of money. There was a large ball of loose paint in the center, even going to the local hardware store for help stirring it didn't turn out to be the smooth product it was supposed to be. It was possible at best to achieve the consistency of cottage cheese. We chose another seller, so we were disappointed, it is very necessary.

When I moved to a new location the previous owner quickly painted it with a very poor quality high VOC paint. It was very difficult for me to be in my apartment. I painted everything with an odor-killing primer and the smell was gone immediately. Then I painted it with high quality paint. Then I restored the old furniture. It had an old musty smell, so I painted all the drawers inside and out with an odor-killing primer and the smell went away immediately.
