Excellent product! Our cat chewed off part of the zipper on her very expensive winter coat (thanks cat) and I was hoping I could fix it rather than buy a new one. They fixed my zipper in less than a minute! Also, I now have extras in case the psychopath strikes again.

Stuck on zipper and ripped off end. I contacted my local repair shop and they said the only thing they could do was replace the entire zipper and that would cost me more than what I originally paid for the jacket. I then found them and was able to put the new head on and it works great.

Great gift in a stylish quality screw top tin. I like how the lid screws on and doesn't fall apart. Unless you know what you're doing and how metal bends and can break when overworked, you really should get a zipper crimping tool, lol. I was able to use a special sharpener, needle nose pliers, and a framing nail that I sharpened to a specific shape so I could curl and jagge the material so it would hold up well. Excellent product with quality zippers and stoppers.

I was concerned from all the reviews I've read about this product not working but the latch box on my son's North Face down jacket broke and the warranty has expired , so $10. what the hell. I got them yesterday and removed what was left of the old plastic retainer box and put the new one on. I didn't have the pliers they sold separately but I did have the needle nose pliers that I worked with. The zipper works great and I have an extra one in case it breaks. Even if I make it through the year…
