Not strong enough to withstand the wind. Joints are the weak point of the construction. The joints just want to flex, not carry a load, and stretch the tent properly to hold its shape. Even when there is no wind, the whole tent appears to be sagging rather than arched. The picture shows what happened to the tent during the wind. But it is quick to unfold and you can also fold it up quickly.

We've used it once so far on a nice cool autumn day on a flat sandy campsite. Stand up, had excellent cross ventilation and was very quick and easy to assemble. As with any tent, the floor is thin so we always lay out yoga mats and then our sleeping bags. I can't speak of wind/rain or cooler temperatures. We camped where the temperature was above 80 during the day and below 60 at night and under the shelter of trees. Will update review once we go camping.

On the good side, it's automatic. However, pitching was a bit messy - dirtier than other similar tents. My husband and I are very happy with this tent! It's the perfect compact size we were looking for. It even fits our queen size air mattress and we still have about 10 inches on each side of the bed to stash our stuff, shoes and flip flops. We arranged our bed so that each of us had access to our own exit. The windows and ceiling grilles/mesh kept our space well ventilated and kept us away from bugs trying to get in. It rained during our two nights camping and we were comfortable and dry inside.
