I really like that it is easy to use for customers and employees alike. It's also very customizable so we have been able to add in features as needed without having to go through an entire re-design process. The ability to add in-app features like chatbots or video calls is great for customer engagement. I would love more analytics so we could see how people are engaging with us. It's also not easy to get started with Zomovi if you don't have anyone who has used it before. The ability to send out emails without having someone manually log in every day is great! We have been able use this feature for over two months now with no issues at all from my end or others that I work closely alongside of daily within zombiemonitoring@gmailcom! It's easy enough anyone could figure it how they would like after watching one video tutorial!!
