Not for Hermit Crabs

None. Not the best hermit crab. When wet, it can actually seal your crab in its shell. However, it works for other reptiles.

Crabs love it best in the sand

Product arrived exactly as described and my daughter's hermit crabs love to burrow in it. Nice color, looks great in the aquarium.

Wish It was free best in sand

One thing I have a bit of a hard time with is all the money I spend on keeping pets in the classroom. Hermit Kraks are also interesting in some of our 1st grade stories. You think you can just use beach sand, but you can't. This sand is great. It's a lovely color and our 15 or so crabs seem happy every time I order 6 packs and change tanks. The children help, it's a great process. I ordered online as it gets expensive. Snd is very good.
