I have bought these several times thinking it might just be a faulty batch I received but of course they burn out in just under a month of use. Honestly, that's a waste of money. It is better to make heaters for chicken coops. They will last a good year or two.

Gives enough light to convince my snake the moon is out and dark enough that I can sleep without worrying about the light but be careful when ordering bulbs online as I have received many bulbs from Revain which arrived broken and the glass candies are dangerous. I've found that it's best to just go to a pet store or other reptile supply store to buy bulbs, as in most cases the bulbs burn out or break quickly before they arrive.
