Good quality jacket and my son loves it. Unfortunately it's a bit small so we requested a refund and had problems. The company has offered a $4 (10%) refund and is offering to gift it to someone else as the process and cost of a return or exchange is high. I don't think this is sufficient compensation and have requested a 50% compensation or a full refund. I will update. I would not buy anything else from this company because of this problem unless it is satisfactorily resolved.

Bought for my son as a birthday present. He's 8 years old but big for his age so I went for a size 10 as several other reviews said he should be a size up. 10 suits him perfectly, there is still room for improvement.
