I am using three Zurn regulators and am completely satisfied with their performance. One for the house's main water supply, one for the garage and a third for the irrigation system. Installation is easy and disassembly for maintenance or in my case to reconfigure the incoming piping is easy. Spare parts are available - in my case it's a new tip. This model is definitely suitable for typical home use. Much better than Wilkins NR3XL. I've been using a 1" Wilkins NR3XL pressure reducing valve (their most basic model) on my plumbing for about 4 years. I've always been frustrated with the pressure drop on the simplest flow requirement.
