The "rubber band" advertised broke after only 2 months of use. When it broke I had to dig my finger into my back to get the cards out, tearing my nails and skin. My workaround was to stretch the rear card holder to fit my finger, but that also means my cards can fall out. SELLER - please do it right and send me another cardholder with a working tag (advertised as "rubber band" on the Revain vendor's website).

I've had the black leather version of this case for 1 year 3 months and it's still going strong. I haven't had any issues with the case falling apart or peeling or even the leather looking worn. I just put my public transport card in the card slot. I use my transit pass every day and can scan the pass in the case without taking it out. I have had many iPhone cases and this is by far my favorite and also the one I have used the longest.

I had another case that folded out to hold a wallet but it was NOT shockproof and I learned the hard way. I was a bit skeptical but I LOVE this case. Looks professional (leather on the outside) and the stretch card design is just great! I easily fit 4 cards with free space (maybe 6 could be made if needed). I was reluctant at first and was close to returning it but couldn't find a better alternative to what I needed. Writing this review as a word of caution in case you encounter the same issues. 1- It will not lay flat.
