This shampoo brush is exactly what I was looking for. The bristles are firm enough to clean and massage my scalp but flexible enough not to hurt or scratch me in the process. I think it's a great alternative to vibrating shampoo massage brushes because it's 1/3 the price and you don't have to worry about water getting in and ruining it.

I ordered this product because my hair is very thick and coarse so I can hardly feel the shampoo reaching every part of my head. I especially have problems on the back of my head where my hair is thickest. So far I use this product 1-2 times a week (about three weeks). I've been using this for a few months. No improvement in scalp/dandruff. The handle is a bit sharp for me as my finger hurts a bit when I hold it. I am very sensitive so it could be me. My scalp hurts a little when I use it. I prefer the spikes to be straighter and taller (less spacing). It's mainly used when I trim my nail to make it more comfortable than my fingers.

It was very confused when I first used it, but that was user error. Use tight circles and go front to back in one line as the shampoo is distributed through your hair.
