Review on CoinBank by Japheth Ayuba

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great wallet, great UI, Great features, but not my favorite. Read on to know why!

The CoinsBank Wallet can be considered in my opinion, the bedrock of the CoinsBank group of Blockchain services as it hosts the most important thing of Cryptocurrency usage; Storage. The wallet just got downloaded on my phone a few hours ago and I have been able to note a lot of things from what this wallet offers. The CoinsBank wallet isn't just a crypto only supporting wallet as it also holds some Fiats like USD and EUR among others. The number of cryptocurrencies it supports for holding though doesn't put it into use for me as the wallet only holds 4 but the major cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH
I really liked the interface that comes with the wallet, the ease of usage in making transactions on the wallet is second to none, from it's code scanning to use of phone numbers in making transactions, users are sure to get the best of experiences, just like I did. There were no deposit fees except when making deposit from some third-party providers. It's really a great wallet but being Centralized and supporting just four cryptocurrencies might not make it an option for investors with an appeal for diverse portfolios

Pros
  • Easy sign up process which requires a phone number and password preference to set up the wallet for use
  • Security of the wallet is considerable as it support 2FA and a Master password for transactions
  • Free unlimited transfers of any currency between CoinsBank customers
  • The wallet is not limited to only Crypto as it supports both Cryptocurrencies and Fiat
Cons
  • KYC requirements for making a larger use of the services the card provides
  • Being a Crypto investor interested in diverse portfolios, and CoinsBank wallet supporting only 4 coins, it's not really ideal for me
