Review on Jaxx Wallet by Killer Bean
Jaxx wallet isn't really good after all......
Jaxx wallet launched in 2014, is a multi currency wallet storing well over 60 cryptocurrencies like Bitcoins, Ethereum etc. Well I came across a review on Jaxx wallet and after going through it, I decided to try out the wallet. I have used the wallet for almost a month and here I am, ready to give out my own personal experience too. After going through the review i decided to give this wallet a try. I downloaded the mobile application to my phone(Android device, though I'm not sure if its compatible with iOS devices). It is a non custodial wallet, leaving me in total control of my funds. With these wallet I was able to monitor the up and down movement of various coins, amazing, isn't it? All these is backed up by efficient security, Jaxx wallet presents its users with a set of recovery phrases for retrieving their account incase it gets misplaced. The overall outlook of the wallet is enticing, coupled with the dark mode that it comes with. Presently, this wallet needs alot of updates as it contains alot of bugs which need fixing. For the fact that I couldn't swap coins on this wallet was another disadvantage on its own. Updating the app after a while made me lose my coins which amounted to almost 30$. I made several complaints to the support team but they were never responded to ranging from pending transactions down to inaccurate display of prices of various coins. Jaxx wallet isn't a good wallet after all

- It makes use of recovery phrase to retrieve users account in case of misplacement
- The mobile application is easy to use
Cons
- The application needs alot of update
- It doesn't allow for swapping of coins.
- The support team is not responsive
