What is the KeepKey wallet?
KeepKey is a hardware wallet competing with Ledger Nano S, Trezor One, or CoolWallet S. Launched in 2015, it was bought by the company ShapeShift.
The special feature of KeepKey is that it offers a rather large screen for better user comfort. But it is mainly for its design that the KeepKey is sometimes preferred over Ledger Nano S and TREZOR. The KeepKey wallet allows, like all other hardware wallets, to cold store all of its possessions in cryptocurrencies ( Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Altcoins). However, the portfolio supports fewer cryptocurrencies than the leader Ledger or TREZOR
KeepKey relies heavily on the consumer experience. We immediately feel like we are dealing with a premium product by unpacking the content. The design is absolutely sublime and we still have the impression of being faced with a product much more solid than the Nano S or the Trezor One.
