I disagree with you if we will talk about reputation because ledger is one of the best hardware wallets with interesting and trendy design and it stays on top with trezor. "It is difficult to use for some users" - yes, it is but you don't need to forget that this hardware wallet targets for big money and If people want to save money, they will care and just read an instruction.

Ledger Nano X has very good reputation! It is an superb wallet to hold multiple cryptocurrencies. It is almost unhackable! It is protected by the device’s BOLOS operating system. Just the price is a little higher than other devices.
