Praising Freewallet
I am going to praise the Freewallet Monero app and their support team.
Firstly, the app has a great user interface and it’s very simple in use. You can easily send and receive cryptocurrency even if it's your first wallet.
After setting password and login it is important to set 2FA and backing up too. Regaining access to a lost account can be very difficult and time-consuming but I had to go through this a month ago.
My experience of the Freewallet support team was great. They perfectly know their app. And they take security quite seriously and will help you asap.
To sum up, I'd advice to ignore negative reviews where the issue was simply the user’s own error. I rarely see any reviews when the app developer’s fault occur.
I highly recommend Freewallet and their Monero app.
