It belongs to the company Visa that gives security and support, the cost of issuance and shipment exceeds 50 dollars and has a monthly cost of 1 dollar. The withdrawals by automatic teller machines have a commission depends on the locality and can arrive at the 2.5 dollars. Service payments with this card depend on the country where you use it. There is no standard for it
