Well, from its , exchange was founded in Singapore. Binance is one if the most successful and even one of the biggest exchange globally in terms of trading volume and cryptocurrencies supported. Normally, the services of Binance is for everyone, but Binance Singapore was launched specifically for Singaporean traders. The exchange has a funding partner, Vertex Venture Holding Ltd. The features of this exchange are no different from what Binance offers, just that Binance Singapore offers those features at a smaller scale.
For example:
•The number of cryptocurrencies traded on Binance Singapore is less than ten whereas Binance on its own offers nothing less than 230 cryptocurrencies for sale.
• Binance Singapore supports only SGD as its only fiat currency while Binance supports more than 10 fiat tokens like USD, NGN, EUR, CNY.
•Binance Singapore is for only Singaporean traders while Binance is for every trader globally. All these are the among the difference between Binance and its Singaporean version.
However, I wasn't able to register, because the exchange clearly stated in its FAQs section that only Singaporean traders were advised to register on the exchange.
