They seems to have suspended services
The block exchange is a digital Exchange for cryptocurrencies, it was launched about a year or two now, and is based on the Blockchain technology. The Exchange has been in the market for just a short period of time and went out of service all of a sudden. The exchange has Not been functioning and seems they have suspended all their services. They keep the website active but not functioning in anyway. They show sign of becoming a world class Exchange but they lost it along the line. The exchange is not a recommendable place for now, deposit functions might work, but don't try it, they are not offering an exchange services now
I advice you look for other options and find one which will suit you. You should look for ones with good recommendation from exiting users as they give you first hand experience on the use and effectiveness of the platform. In other not to fall a victim, always make a good stufy.
