I must admit I have only just recently started using Crypto.com, but so far so good. They work very similar, the app is quite easy to navigate and the fees are about average for most exchanges(not the best, not the worst). I am accessing this from the UK and have no issues at all, further research does tell me that certain regions struggle to gain access to it's services, but I would imagine as the platform grows, so does it's accessibility.
For this review I am going to focus on the Android app, as I would imagine most people would use a mobile application to access this on a regular basis. The home page is straight to the point, showing you the most popular coins followed by a list of the biggest gainers. Your wallet and earnings/ staking options hold a separate tab which allows you to access this information quick and easily. One of my favorite tabs on the app though, is the "Track" tab, which lists all the coins on the exchange and a small snapshot of it's recent prices via a small graph display, this saves you the hassle of having to click into each currency to see it's most recent movement, rather than a % of the last 24 hours. The app also has a notification setting, which will inform you when a coin has shown a certain drop or a certain rise.
The exchange offers many perks and rewards, which can be achieved through staking, referring friends and holding it's own currency CRO. Most of these do you require you to purchase and hold it's own currency, as well as transferring them to a Crypto.com debit card which brings me on the most fascinating opportunity of this exchange. Their are various levels of card to chose from, the first standard card is free and allows you to use your crytpo wallet anywhere which accepts VISA and gaining 1% cashback on each purchase, after this there more prestigious cards, but these require a certain amount of CRO to be purchased and held for a long period of time before you can access these, these naturally offer greater cashback and free benefits but be prepared to have to purchase an expensive amount of CRO for a long period of time to gain access to these. Although this can seem a bit of a fad at first, I have come to realise that if the future of money is crytpocurrency, then Crypto.com may just have put themselves ahead of others by allowing you to spend your crytpo wallet directly via a VISA card.
I have read other reviews stating their fees are quite high for withdrawing crypto to FIAT, but I believe this is probably to do with the above, and the hope that their cards will be used in future rather than FIAT, I can't comment on this personally as I have not withdrawn any myself.
All in all, I would recommend this exchange, I am still using myself after all.
