Fantastic exchange and getting better every day. I particularly appreciate the rigorous security -- arguably the best I've seen on any exchange --
low fees, wide variety of altcoins available for trading (and the recently added warning for altcoins which are in [legal] hot water). The trading interface is functional enough to satisfy advanced traders while at the same time simple enough for those still learning; the referral and dividend system is just icing on the cake.

Cons

I just tried KuCoin myself, deposited ETH and received it in KuCoin in less than an hour. I initially tried KuCoin due to larger sites like Bittrex and Binance not accepting new users.
