Review on KuCoin by Daniel Vitt
Bad experience due to the hack management.
Since over one month, no exact timeline/deadline has been given by the Kucoin team to the affected users, when and how they will be refunded.
Obviously, new customers count more than affected users as they always come up with new competitions and giveaways instead of solving the very urgent hack (losing of funds and not being able to access the money).
In summary, I am very disappointed and would not advise anybody to use this exchange anymore.

- New competitions/giveaways everyday
Cons
- Not being able to resolve their issues in an adequate timeframe
- Letting their affected users alone with their problem

First of all, I must say that you have good hands for the reviews you wrote. However, I do not agree with what you wrote about this exchange. I also think like you first. Later, as I used the stock market, I got used to it and realized that there is no better exchange than this. In this exchange, the fees are lower and the transaction speed is very high. I highly recommend you to use this exchange.
