The work into rebuilding this project by a new set of developers failed to yield any results

The technical and philosophical interest in changing the utility of this token buy set of new developers were still not enough to keep this project on its feet. In the actual start of the Vulcabo Project, it was mostly described as a high-yielding staking coin with a potential profit of over 950 percent of one's initial investment into buying and holding to staking the coin.
