Tears right out of the box

Bought this to shade a portion of my yard, as I get very limited shade. Which makes it frustrating if I want to play in the yard with my dog and it is during the day. I was just hooking the corners with minimal tension and I noticed that the fabric already tearing. For the price and being labeled heavy duty I would expect more. I may return desiring how desperate I am for shade.
