This is important as your computer is likely to spend a lot of time at low load and the nature of the PSU design is such that this is not easy to achieve. downloaded and burned it pretty well so I hope I don't experience any crashes in the early stages. I don't have any testing equipment to make sure it actually hits its efficiency targets, but the silence is a pretty good indication that it's not converting much extra energy into heat.
