Review on 🌿 Doctor's Best 5-HTP Enhanced with Vitamins B6 & C: Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free (120 Veggie Caps) by Glen Braudrick

I've been buying for over a year and I've been taking one every day. With my doctor's approval, I use it with SSRIs so I can take less of the latter. I can't completely replace SSRIs, but taking 5-htp with SSRIs (important! under medical supervision!) is better for me than increasing the SSRI dose. I have tried several brands and this brand is one that works best and is the best value for money that I have found. I can definitely tell a difference when using a brand that for some reason doesn't work that well. *Edited November 6, 2017 - Still only using this brand. Went out and bought another brand at the pharmacy. I can tell the difference (negative). Read reviews of many other brands here too - from both of these experiences I'll stick with what works for me.
