Recently used in a Dewalt DWP611PK to carve a custom Jolly Roger red oak for a brass insert. This was necessary to bring out small nooks and crannies (like his crooked teeth). The depth was 2.5mm and I cut through 10 square inches of solid material relatively quickly. I've had other milling heads that cracked in the heat and went fast, but this guy held up well to my abuse. After creating the outline I replaced it with a larger one to remove most of the wood for the inlay.
