Have been buying for years. i really love it I exfoliate with a sugar scrub and body brush in the shower. When I go out I don't dry myself, I just apply a shea butter based lotion and then dry myself with a super clean new towel (lint free). Then I apply more lotion to dry areas of skin, a little more to my knees, wrists, elbows and the entire back of my feet. I use an old empty pump bottle from Jergiens Natural Glow and put all the self tanner in it. Give it a little shake. Give it two to five pumps to get all of the old mixture out of the bottle. Then I apply it directly to the skin from a pump bottle, avoiding dry patches and spread it quickly, then rub vigorously in circular motions until fully absorbed and smooth. You need to go over dry, vulnerable areas very lightly while rubbing everything in. takes longer to absorb. I usually just put it on at night and sleep naked. This is how I achieve perfect results. The tan lasts longer, fades well. When I shower with it, I use lukewarm rather than hot water. I use a soft bristled body brush and mix moisturizing shower gel with coconut oil lotion. I usually apply it twice in a row to get the dark color I'm looking for. It works sooo well. On my face it can clog pores so I use it sparingly on my face. My face usually gets lighter, but I use a foundation that suits my tanned body, so it's no big deal.
