I understand these will be light. But my god. I installed them on the eaves of my house to indirectly illuminate the whole house. Looks great! I used 120V to 24V PWM Meanwell power supplies to drive the string. (Knowing they would be bright, I wanted to dim them to an appropriate level.) To allow the potentiometer to control the power supply, I reduced their brightness to about 30%. I'm not kidding when I say they are bright. The picture shows the first strip, darkened to the appropriate level. Notice that you can't see any lights, but the whole house is softly lit :) Exactly the effect I wanted. I'll try to remember to take photos of the whole house when I'm done. With wiring, drivers, fence boxes, pots, etc. I get $2.95 per foot for all materials and everything installed. If we want to repeat this again, you can try halving the number of drivers you have and do 2 lines for each driver. But I want to know that I can turn up the brightness if I ever feel like it or LEDs are getting dimmer with age.
