This pill cutter is best suited for cutting down large size vitamin pills that cannot be swallowed at one gulp. The cutter works great even on pills that do not have indentation for breaking them into halves. The cutter has sharp blade and performs adequately. The area holds a few pills after splicing for use during that day. A clean-up brush is also included.
