Review on Arlen Ness 02 966 Brake Floating by Mark Crawford

This rotor bolts directly to the 19" wheel on my 2002 XLH Sportster, but the aluminum block that repositions the caliper had to be modified slightly. I used a large belt sander to get the job done, I don't think it could have been done with a Dremel because there was a lot of material to remove. Also, one of the screws that came with it was too short, but I was I can use my original screw to hold them together until I can get a screw that matches the one they supplied. I've been riding this rotor for a few months now and it's GREAT! The front wheel is easy to block if you're not careful, it's definitely worth the effort if you can make the necessary mods for this aluminum block.
