1 C screw missing
I was missing one of the C screws (assuming 4 screws of each screw are included) and instead of mailing me 1 screw they wanted me to replace the entire unit send it back by post! It was already on my wall. They gave me $3.00 credit on Amazon so I could buy a screw, but it would be nice if everything came with it.
