Wow this company does a great job with their product. The packaging is even top notch! He was wrapped in a red bow! When you have taken everything out of the packaging, you should cut open the vacuum bag and the top cover of the pillow will start to inflate to its normal shape. I followed the directions and gave it a really good shake and then let it sit for half a day before placing it on my memory foam mattress. This item is very handy! I slept on it for three nights and every night it gets more comfortable. It stays nice and cool and gets fluffier the longer you sleep on it. Quality is great, comfort is great, price is great. I am very pleased!
