The ease of use is incredible, really easy to set up and get started quickly. It's also very intuitive so there are no learning curves involved for those who don't have any experience using it before. I love how simple it is to use even if you're new to the platform. There could be some additional features such as analytics but all in all I don't think there's anything that I dislike about this product. If you want a tool that will make your customers feel heard and give them a voice then this is the tool for you! Using voxpopme has made our customer service team more efficient and productive. They can now take customer feedback that they would normally just ignore and actually listen to their customers and do something about it.
