Well I bought them because there were more pills at a lower price. But I can't easily swallow pills instead of capsules because they get sticky once they hit the tongue. But with my arthritis and numbness in my hands it hurts like hell and it's impossible to open them and I HATE opening 6 every morning to add them to my protein shake. Make them easier to open because pure L-Glutamine powder alone is 5x the price and I can't afford a can of L-Glutamine powder every time I need more.
