WARNING - don't be foolish, if you mess around you will end up hurting yourself. They're not soft, they're hard wire brushes, they're not meant for things like plastic or thin metal, they're meant for hard polishing of hardened metal. If you grab a wrong one, he will hit you. So be careful. I used them to polish the antique handles on my kitchen cabinets and they made the handles brand new, they made them so shiny and bright they're crazy. I then used them to clean the inside of the oven and the top of the oven and they stripped the surfaces that had been baking for YEARS. Literally years, maybe ten years of grime that had "burned into" the material "forever" came loose when I used these brass brushes. They also took away years of weathering/dirt/rust/stains on the door hinges, security chains on the front door and garage door hardware, they literally made everything look freshly installed. A great investment if you have some metal stuff to restore/decorate then you need these bad boys. ----------------- UPDATE - We've moved into a new lease with a pretty rough stove and we all know stovetops and ovens don't really get clean without some serious elbow grease. If you don't have an electric drill and some. Posted before and after photos on the grates of the oven. Seriously, this is incredible.
