I ordered a Harley Quinn Halloween costume and it totally exceeded my expectations! Firstly it has 2 inner liners to provide coverage so it is not completely see through. Inside is a white layer (which touches your skin) and then a second layer, black. Finally, the outer layer, which is the tutu layer, consists of (obviously) multiple black and red stripes, all tied at the waist with a "crumpled" black belt. One of the pluses is that there is a top! This way you can tighten (if needed) or loosen (in my case) without ruining the look! Another plus: although it arrived in a flat "envelope/bag" as usual, it inflated into tutu mode almost immediately the moment I took it out of the box. I teased each strip a little to aid inflation but I didn't put in much elbow effort, this pack knows what's going on! generally tight.
