I bought something that said it was brand new but when it finally arrived it was found open ended and used. I was skeptical that this could be a used item and possibly from a different vehicle. It worked when installed in my car. After raising my concerns about the part, the supplier emailed me with a basic take on their product. He didn't mention why it took so long, nor the huge cost of the part and shipping costs. The part worked, but I would never recommend the seller.
