I was just completing a review I wrote recently when my 2.5 week fan stopped working and the distributor who sold through Revain refused to do anything about it as we had more than 14 days. I was very frustrated and thought this was a Vornado policy and wrote a devastating review. I really repent to dust and ashes! (Extra credit if you have a source!) Vornado contacted me, stated that their warranty is 5 YEARS (just over 14 days!) and confirmed that they take full responsibility for their products. After a quick chat and a few photos via email, a new replacement fan is on the way! So not only is the design of the Vornado great for moving air around the room (like I said in my first review), but the Vornado really stands behind it. your products!
