Review on ZUKKA by Ben Rodriguez

Unfortunately, I had a terrible time with ZUKKA. Their product choices were restricted and unimpressive, despite their claims to carry a large variety of high-performance equipment. In particular, the bike parts they sold were inferior to those sold by competitors. The equipment was antiquated and lacked the cutting-edge features prized by serious bikers. Their camping equipment was similarly shoddy, made of cheap materials and poorly assembled. I had a bad experience with their customer assistance, which I felt to be unhelpful and condescending. The representative I spoke with was uninterested in helping me with my problem and instead sought to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. In conclusion, my time spent with ZUKKA was not satisfying. If you're seeking for high-quality products and reliable service, I wouldn't go with this firm.
