Review on Viatti Strada Asimmetrico V-130 205/55 R16 91V summer by Micha Osiski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

Abrasion resistance is good. There are a lot of cracks and non-penetrations, it is not clear why. Rubber is not bad, it is normal. But I won't buy it again. For some reason I don't want to anymore.

Pros
  • Good wet handling and good braking, no aquaplaning. Good braking on dry roads, but not everywhere (on some asphalts it slips quite a lot). It rides normally in mud, although you can’t tell from the tread pattern. Strong sidewall.
Cons
  • For 8 t. Km there are chippings on the tread. In general, rubber crumbles, but does not tear. elasticity is lacking. After the second season of use, cracks appeared along the tread, at the base, mostly small, but on one wheel there was a 15 cm crack 1 mm wide. Perhaps this is not a crack, but I definitely could not tear through the rear wheel. Change clearly. A very wide groove catches all sorts of muck almost to breaking through the wheel.
